Brighter Places are working with Arbor Architects to deliver 15 new affordable homes on the site of the former community centre off Delabere Avenue.

Brighter Places have re-considered the layout of the previously approved scheme on the site, with the aim of improving the overall quality and environmental performance, reducing overlooking and improving access to outside space.
